Branch Manager
Location: Mbale City
Reports To: Sales Manager
The Branch Manager provides overall leadership and strategic direction for branch operations to drive sales growth, excellent customer service, and efficient operations. The role is responsible for managing branch staff, inventory, and financial accountability while strengthening the company’s market presence within the branch catchment area.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in branch operations, sales management, or business development
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and lead high-performing teams
- Strong operational, financial accountability, and customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
