This week, Bukoola Chemical Industries Ltd. (BCI) in partnership with USAID FtF IAM, funded and hosted a comprehensive Safe Use training for Agro-dealers at the prestigious Wash & Wills Hotel in Mbale City. This event was nothing short of impactful, drawing in over 120 enthusiastic participants from more than 5 districts.

The training, facilitated by experts from the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF), was not just an ordinary session. It was a beacon of empowerment, as each participant eagerly absorbed knowledge and skills crucial for their trade. Makerere University oversaw the examinations, ensuring a rigorous and quality learning experience.

The atmosphere was excited as Agro-dealers expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Bukoola for this invaluable support. They now stand equipped with newfound expertise to elevate their services to new heights. With the ability to register their businesses with MAAIF, they are empowered to operate more professionally and serve their communities with greater efficiency.

This initiative underscores Bukoola Chemical Industries Ltd’s commitment to empowering communities through service. Beyond the harvests, Bukoola is actively investing in the growth and success of Agro-dealers, who play a vital role in agricultural development.
